Well, for starters, you can take an adult English course at night, and then like you did in high school, you can drop out!

The bottom line is that you need to prove *With Testing*, that you are good to go with at least visitations.

Will a judge make me take a test i will i will do anything how long after a arrest will the judge decide if i can see my girls can he, ex husband ,keep me from talking to them on hte phone, the divorse says i cant call him but it dosen't say my girls cant talk to me. Ok here is my problem I was living in his town then we got divorsed. the final divorse say I can visit my girls downtown supervised it dosent say i cant talk to them on the phone but when I call he wont answer. But i moved to another town so i can be with my mom to help. I am 4 months sober and i am trying to get a job and do the right thing. the problem is every job I get they take child support from my check and I am left with out enogh to live on. I was very depress after the divorse and had some trouble with the police. i have not had any more trouble in almost 2 years and i quit drugs. i cant afford to go to his town to visit them so i wasa wondering if i can change the divose so I can see them here. i am realy trying to be a good mom for them. please be nice i know i messed up.

If your order doesn't state anything about phone calls, he's not required to allow them. If you're required supervised visitation, it's unlikely that that's going to be lifted until and unless you have a proven track record of seeing them as ordered, regularly. Your best bet is to find a way to get there to see them as ordered. Or, go back to court and ask for phone visitation.

How long does it take it costs $50 to signup to visit and $40 every visit then I have to go there 3 hr away they took my licenes away and i dont have a car This is not fair can i make him pay half for going there I just miss them so and only want to see them He doesnt believe in god and i am affraid he will turn them that way to.
