I was in accident about 3 months ago. It was a head on collision, as I was going through a intersection, the drive turned at the last second. Two of my friends were with me in the car. The front passenger got hurt, broken ribs, collapsed lung, then rear passenger suffered from a bad back and neck. I hurt my back and neck, but not bad.

Now I am dealing with the other guys insurance company. What happened is I got a rental car paid for by them. This was untill I got my check cut for my totaled car. However it took them 3 1/2 weeks to cut me a check. I paid 10 dollars a day for the insurance from the rental company, so my bill came out to around $300. So leagally am I entitled to compensation?

Right now I am in physical therapy and I am still on the bus. Do you feel I have a strong enough case to take to a lawyer or should I just handle this case on my own?
