Hey all. I am a fitness enthusiast, and have been designing fitness routines and diets for friends and family for years....I am now interested in using this skill to generate a little extra income. Most of the people that have stuck to what I gave them have been wildly successful.

I would like to sell my workout programs and diet plans on the internet. As I am not certified or hold any medical degrees, is this a good idea, or can I become liable for this? I was hoping that if I put proper disclaimers throughout my site (I am not a doctor, etc...) then I could provide them for a nominal fee. None of my plans are drastic, I would just like the opportunity to share them, help some people out and make a little extra money ($5-$10/download).

Any thoughts or suggestions?
