What is the name of your state?Ontario, Canada. You are receiving life insurance when a health problem such as a stroke or heart attack occurs. The insurer is not notified of the occurrence. Sometime later you pass away. Will there be a problem cashing in the policy? Can the insuere delve into medical records without permission?
