I am in Illinois....

Is there affordable health insurance in US....

My husband works but does not make a large amount of money....he has had 1 heart attack about a year ago and he was unemployed at that time.....he is now working but claims he cannot afford health insurance.......

Is there affordable health insurance for him?? How much does health insurance costs a month?
