Signed my daughter up health insurance where I work, I was shocked when I got my paycheck to see how expensive it was. When I asked to have her taken back off, the company said "Sorry, your stuck with it for a year".
Now our parent company has filed Chapter 11 and we are being sold.
Is there anyway I can have this contract cancelled with the insurance company? I can't believe I'm stuck with this for a year. Please help!
