My daughter currently lives with bm in another state. Temporary order states that I am responsible to pay for health insurance in which I do. It only states the premium for health insurance. Am I responsible to pay co-payments for Dr. visits and perscriptions if the order only says monthly premium?

Your order should also state who should cover uninsured costs. Usually it's 50/50. Prescriptions and co-pays would fall under that category.

Actually it's not always 50/50. Hubby's states the parties are to share medical expenses not covered by health insurance based on their respective salaries. Of course the Bm won't get off her fat ass and get a real job, so he winds up paying for most of it - when she actually informs him of the bills that is.
