Hi!
My husband was injured on his job, an injury to the back of his shoulder from lifting heavy tires . In the process of medical care he was diagnosed w/spondylosis. His case was settled w/out any further medical benifits. Will our hmo cover him for further treatments?

Yes. If you don't already have a copy, ask your husband's employer for one. They are required to give it to you on request. Or ask the plan administrator your question.
