Hi my boss came up to me and ask me how many kids i had i told him the number then he ask me if i had to take them to the hospital everytime they got sick because it was costing the owner to much money.Then he goes on to say that if i continuo to take them i was going to have to start paying 200 dollars out of my pocket. is this discrimanation
