Could someone please help me how we would need to set up our software so as to print the "Barcode" (at Top left hand side corner) of the HCFA 1500 Claim form & what does the "bar code" denote & what are its significance? I will appreciate if you could enlighten how I would need to create this access of printing the bar-code. Please advise.
