i live in slc, utah and i want to know if any agency, company, insurance provider, state division, doctor, DEA , comsumer divisions, anyone. Can they provide personal information about a person , such as medications taken, doctor's seen, insurance information, without the permission from the person in question ? It is my information that confidentially laws exsist and such actions by anyone or any agency above is not permitted without prior constent from the patient. Has anyone been through this?
