hi i have a question i recieved this letter from my insurance comapny and it say a insurance poilcy that does not exclued health conditions that are present when you enroll what does that mean does that mean they won't take a person with pre-existing health conditions i live in colorado

No, it means that pre-existing conditions will be covered, but you should read the exact policy wording to make sure. Also, some policies that cover pre-existing conditions are "limited benefit" policies, so make sure you know what you are buying.
