Why are you collecting un-employment? WHO is paying for your internet access?

NYS Medicaid is what you want, and you can download the application on the internet and mail it in.
Type in your county under google... I would type Medicaid in Monroe County, Rochester NY...... you will find resources and guidance in the right direction towards a Medicaid application.

I hope that you have a very valid reason for collecting unemployment.
