Could anyone please tell me if health insurance can be cancelled without notice. I quit my job after 2 months and was expecting a Cobra form in the mail. I recently tried to fill a prescription and found out that the policy had been cancelled over a month ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a length of time one needs to have a policy before they are offered Cobra? Thanks again. Jill
