i live in va., our health isurance is out of tenn.. my daughter is 19, a student who took this one semester off. she just had a lump removed from her breast and we filed our insurance on her. Now they are saying since she took this semester off they won't pay. Is this legal? i had even called them to see if they required a preresiquite. Isn't she still legally a student since she is supported by us and is returning this next semester or are we stuck?
