I believe that a immediate elder family member of mine died recently of a heart attack due to neglect from her(nys)hmo. While making her scheduled doctor visits her hmo denied her amulette services for 5 months prior to her death. How much time does nys allow me to file a law suit against her hmo? Can you help me?
