I have my hearing for SSDI coming up. I had a spinal cord stimulator implanted about a year ago due to the pain in my back. I've been told that this shows how severe my condition is. Is there a chance the judge will waive the hearing and approve my claim because of this or am I still going to have to attend the hearing. Any and all opinions are welcomed.

Time will tell. Really...we can't make anything but a guess, same as you.
