What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
Mediator had recomended Saturday visitation for dad on Saturdays from 12-2pm. In court dad and I agreed that a set day would be inconvient for all of us due to dad being a driver who has a sparatic schedule and kids sometimes having sporting events, etc. yet in the minutes (have yet to create an order, I really need the transcript to include details and can not afford the cost) it states that visitation be on Sundays instead of Saturdays.
My question: Could Sundays be enforced by either parent even when it was agreed otherwise in front of the judge?

Possibly. However if you and dad come up with an agreed order to present to the judge, the judge is going to sign it.
