I need help establishing a hedge fund, can someone help, I have the equity to start it, but I need the info on a new LLC to begin. Please help.

You'll need far more help than merely forming an LLC. There are MAJOR securities law and tax issues involved. If and only if you are prepared to make a major investment yourself, and have real and credible experience, set it out and I'll refer you to some top experts who advise the top hedge funds. They do NOT work for free.
