Ohio state.
My health insurance company is a bankrupt. They did not pay my medical bills. Total amount is almost 2000 dollars. Now medical providers are calling me, trying to collect money. Am I responsible now for paying the bills?
Thanks

Lenav,

Most states have a health insurance "Guarantee Fund" that can help recover your benefits, depending on the type of coverage. Contact your State Department of Insurance and they should be able to help or advise you with this.
