What option do we have if a real estate contract on a house has a Sunday closing date? By Florida law is their a default to a date before the actual date in the contract or the day after?

If the closing becomes the Monday after, does it require an addendum to the contract in order to keep the contract from expiring?

Please advise

**A: in that case, the next business day (Monday) is acceptable and no generally addendum is needed although ot would be wise to have an addendum to make sure there is no claim of default.
