not sure why you are having such problems with contractors. Scheduled payments are typical and any reputable contractor is aware of such.

Not sure what you mean here:

no contractors want to take payments in 3rds & inspections between when i fill out all the forms for wells fargo an submit them they call wanting more !
who calls who wanting more of what?

what can i do i paid the ins premium not wells fargo
but wells fargo loaned you the money to buy the house so they want to be sure their investment collateral is protected.

with the hail damage is getting worse a
how does hail damage get worse?

Funny, I was under the impression (from watching "Holmes on Homes") that any bigger job gets paid in parts. XX% now, XX% halfway, remaining % upon completion.

Mike says never trust anyone who demands payment in full upfront!

He's kind of a goofy guy sometimes but he is spot on with that advice. Never, NEVER pay a contract in full until it is completed to your satisfaction.

im sorry i must have misstated myself the contractors wanted enough to cover supplies this is what wells fargo's wants all contracts, estimates, bonds all that bullcrap if they approve then one or two weeks latter you get a check for 1/3 when the work is half way finished they check the job if satisfied you get 1/3 more when the work is done they check again 1/3 more what pisses me off is its been two months. nothing to do but wait, I satisfied the paper work but still nothing!!! i paid the ins not wellsfargo all im looking for is options wels fargo is screwing me an i dont like it someone said wells fargo was protecting their investment they have had 15500 dollers of ins monies for this roof for two months! it stills leaks! would anybody leave a convertible out for to months with the top down ???
