I am responding after reading the Haley3 postings. I can not believe that some people are so short sited. Asking for advice but not willing to listen. People should take this site for what it is and not try to take the easy way out when asking for professional advice. Your response to this lady was well within bounds and should have not been taken with such disregard. I am hooked on this site after having the two of you argue out my case (both taking opposite directions) So anyway... my response to Haley3 would have to be that she needs to look at the good you tried to do for her instead of just looking for the cheap way out. I can't believe you (Haley) are worried about an attorney taking his share if the possible result would/could have been much more than what you were thinking. Shame on you for being so rude to those who take the time to help people like us that have no legal experience.
That's that - again thank you Lars & IAAL for your assistance in my posting. All has calmed down now and I truly appreciate your help.

My response:
Thank you for your kind words. For my part, it is truly appreciated. Like I said to another poster, some people hate me with a passion, and still others, seem to enjoy me, my humor, and my assistance. Hey, it's all in a day's work !! I too agree with you, whole heartedly, that Lars Coltrane is one of the very best that FreeAdvice.Com has to offer. He is truly a remarkable academic. There are still others who are terrific, like ALawyer, MsAttorney, Tracey, and a whole crew of others that take their time to help as many as they can. We do enjoy it, and have a good time. There are some very serious problems, some crazy problems, and still others that ask those questions that make you sit back and say, "What?"
Anyway, it's truly nice to know that you have, along with others, taken the time to write and just say "Thanks."
Yours respectfully,
IAAL
