HELP - 10days to Arbitration

What is the name of your state? NH

OK, I sent certified letters that said I did not agree to and rejected any arbitration, based on info I found out here. I now get a letter saying I have 10 days to produce any more facts for my case and a local NH arbriator is being assigned to resolve this matter.

The old credit card debt was written off by the credit card company 3 years ago. Per my knowledge, there is nothing they can do, right? I want to respond and tell them to pound sand!!

I need the right words. This is now the 4th company or so to try to collect on this debt and they've definitely escalated further than others.

Who is the original creditor, what bank?

When, EXACTLY, was the last time you paid the ORIGINAL creditor ?? If it was MORE than 3 years ago, then the statute of limitations in NH has expired ! The SOL in NH is 3 years for credit cards and THAT should be your answer to their '10 days left' notice. The debt is time-barred, an abritration award is completely worthless !!
