I"m located in PA. I"m looking to purchase a FSBO as a rental property. when i contacted my attorney they sent me a PA realtors contract. I can't even read it. it's pretty complex to me. is there a simpler contact that i can use? what other information should i know to purchase this property. can i use a contract off the internet? what items should be in the contract.any other information will be helpfull.thanks:confused:

No. Purchasing real property is NOT something you want to do 'simple'.

Oh, jeeze..... your simply asking that question indicates you should NOT be trying to do this. Get a GOOD real estate agent and a GOOD real estate attorney. The money you spend on them will be saved multiple times over.

Yes.... if you want to spend the next five years or so in court.

Get an attorney. You really, REALLY need one!!!
