After buying a tax lien for the owner's delinquent taxes, am I required to post some type of public notice that I bought the tax lien?.
I know I'm required to place a public notice a certain time period so the owner can redeem the property. Also known as the "expiration of the redemption period ".

But am I required to give some tye of notice or public ad notice after I purchase a tax lien for a house? The owner was delinquent on property tax for 2 years. The house was being rented by the owner at the time the tax lien was purchased.
