First, Where does one file a cell phone bill at I mean what schedule and do I list it under unsecured or secured? since I have a two year contract with cingular? Also when you file amounts you owe do you put the cents also or just the closest dollor amount? One more ? has anyone mailed in there paper work to the bk court if so do you staple your copy are what? any help will be so greatfull. Thank You

Can't remember which sched, but if you go to the forms online, it'll tell you. I'd say unsecured, since there's no collateral.

I rounded up on most, to the nearest whole dollar.

You don't know the difference between a secured and an UNsecured debt and you're doing your OWN paperwork ?? YIKES !!

The cell phone contract is UNSECURED. You must list the expense on your Schedule J (your avg payment) and on Schedule G "Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases'. If you have an apt lease, you must list that on Sched G also.

Since the amounts are probably changing day by day (interest and fees, etc.), put in the last known number listed on your credit report. If you have collections, list the highest number either the original creditor or the collection agency.

You need to look up the local rules for your BK district. Most are VERY specific about how they want things done.
