I am desparate for help in a case that is a sure win situation. I was cheated by a woman by the name of Laura Worman who lives in Hamilton, Ontario Canada L8n2w5. SHe sent me an e-mail saying she was selling two car amplifiers. we worked out a deal and I sent payment, but she never sent the items and cashed in the money order. She ignored all my e-mail from then on. I have a copy of all the e-mails we sent back and forth, supporting a contract was made. I also have a copy of the money order I sent, a copy of the return receipt for international mail with her signature acceoting the delivery, a copy of the back of the money order, which she cashed with her signature, exactly like the one she signes on the receipt of mail, I also have a copy of the receipt paying for a registerd letter being sent to her. It is open and shut, but I need help. I can't get a lawyer to help me. I paid $450.00 for the items, almost $11.00 for the resitered letter, and my time. I want to sue for damages caused by her lies, taking up my time, cheating, and to teach her a lesson. I am ready to work out a deal, if a lawyer wants to help. Open and shut, can't get easier. I have all the supporting documents. Please help me!!!
