Hi, i have filed a suit against someone for several issues, mostly breach of contract, in CA superior court. I served the summons and the defendant has not responded. from what i can gather the next thing i need to fill out is the "request for entry of default"

i am so confused as to what actually needs to be checked on this form. Can you help me please?

this is form 982(a)(6), in CA. www.courtinfo.ca.gov/forms
i hope i'm using the right form.... the fist question is, under the "request for" section, do i want all three options?
ie entry of default; court judgment; clerk's judgment

if i do want "clerk's judgment", what does that mean and what options do i choose under the clerks judgment options, there are 3 subitems

what paperwork do i fill out after that?

the court will not give me any information as to what to fill out and this guy has alreadly taken me for over 20,000. I can't afford an attorney and the case is clearly in my favor. I just need to get thru the forms.

thank you soooo much.
