Help for my Psych Class

What is the name of your state? Co, but what we will be talking about happened in Washington.

First off let me say that I don't know if this is were this thread belongs, if it belongs in a different place, let me know.

I am in a Psych class in college and we will be discussing the Barry Loukaitas school shootings.

We are then going to have a mock court case in which the parents of his victims sue the parent of Loukaitas for monetary compensation.

Has something like this ever happened in a real court?

I am on the team defending Loukaitas's parents, does anyone have a suggestion on where I should start?

any help will be greatly appreciated.

- I doubt if you will find to much help on this board from any of the pressionals in the business. Students need to learn how to conduct research on their own, it's the only way to really learn. Thats how all of us learned.

The only things I will suggest to you is start typing in school shooting lawsuits in Yahoo and Google. Change up how you write it. I found numerous lawsuits doing that. I'd share them with you but then you'd never learn.

Just remember, if you learn to depend on yourself to do things than you will never be disappointed
