my fiance and i need to know if there is a certain amount of time that we have to wait after his divorce to get married. we need to know soon since our wedding date has been set and we have no divorce papers yet. please respond soon! thanks!

In your State, it's 5 years between marriages. In the other 49 States, it's much, much, shorter.
