HELP! I want out!!

my boyfriend and i bought a house together,the relationship is over and i want out. he will not sell the house or let me buy him out, is there some sort of legal action i can take to make either of these happen?? his only income is disability and he cannot afford the payments on his own- i would like to avoid a foreclosure on my record. we live in arizona.

Markham, I am in the SAME boat and can completely sympathize with you!!! I see that no one's replied yet -- have you gotten your answer elsewhere yet? My "roommate" won't lower our price (we finally put the house on the market months ago, but aren't getting any activity b/c the price is too high and she won't agree to lower it.) Let me know if you hear anything, and I'll do the same. Hang in there!
