This all took place around Feb of 2005 in chatroom. The person who is suing me is in FL so am I.

1. He called my house more then 3 times and harassed me.
2. He emailed my info to people that contain my name, home addy, phone, ect.

He is also trying to sue AOL because he was TOSed because of me and he feels I am responsible. After he called my house I used *69 and got his cell number and to stop him from posting my information I told him I would release his cell if he continues to send my info to other and he wont stop so I posted it and now he wants to sue me because I posted his cell number. He said it will be a Civil or class action lawsuit against me and AOL. I can get the phone record from my Phone comp also send subpoena and get real logs from AOL.

But I am worried can I he held responsible for posting his cell in a public chatroom? It also did not cause him any problem outside real life so whats the worst thing that can happen to me even if he drags me to court and sue me along with ISP AOL (America Online)?
