My response:
I know you already said you gave her 30 days to leave, at one time. Now, do it formally by giving her a written 3-day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit. When she fails to leave after that, then go to an attorney to have that attorney begin an action against her for "Unlawful Detainer." When she fails to defend, or fails to win against you in the defense of the action, your attorney will then obtain orders from the court to have the Sheriff BODILY remove her and baby. This process should take 30 days or less.
Good luck.
