What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I was wondering if in any way would it be illegal if I leased out a office space and sold some of my belongings out of it? If so could you advice me as to what type of prmits or other proceders I wold have to go through to legalize it.

If it is an office lease, selling goods may violate the terms of your lease even if you have a business license. Most leases describe the permitted uses for the space. Most office buildings do not want the traffic that a store brings.

Breaching your lease is not "illegal" but is probably grounds for the landlord terminating your lease and collecting damages as well.

**A: what type of belongings are you talking about? Your baseball card collection or your tractor and trailer collection?
