What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I live in indiana and the mother of my daughter won't let me have overnights with her. I'm. Taking her 2 court but I live in a studio apartment was wondering if that was ok 4 her. She turns 3 years old in aug. I didn't know if I have 2 have her own room. I would like her 2 but can't afford it right now.

Nope. There is no statutory requirement in Indiana for your 3 year old to have her own bedroom.
