I guess the school system is really baddddd in your state.

You agreed to move in you got the phone turned on.. you owe the landlord money......that is an implied CONTRACT to rent the trailer.......She could have rented it to someone else who had all the money...And the landlord has a LEGAL right not to lose even ONE DAYS rent on you.

SINCE YOU are not bright enough to get everything in writing, this will be an expensive lesson in LIFE SKILLS.

Now for Lesson #2

When you sign a contract YOU are responible for ALL of it. NO EXCUSES!!!!! I dont care if you lost your job, i dont care if your car broke down, i dont care if your boyfriend left you....

I want my rent money ON TIME!

I hope this will sink in so that next time you give someone some MONEY that you get everything in writing.

ok first of all the school system is not bad and another like i said this was a friend and yes i should have got it in writing and secong the cousin that i was suppose to move in with the lady had already held the trailer for her for threee months for othing i just thought that i was helping her out cause she didnt have any money and i thought i was going to move in the trailer and also she would not rent it out to anyone else because it was a new trailer and so she didnt want just anyone moving into it so i thought since i wasnt getting anything why should she and it wasnt for the rent it was just a security deposit and i didnt sighn the contract either

Look you knew this lady was a hillbilly redneck, so anything scummy is possible from her.

Next time rent from a higher class of landlord...PLEASE!
