My X-girlfriend ran up a 600.00 cell phone bill and refuses to pay for her part of the bill because the phone is in my name. when i ask her for the money she threatens me. i called a couple of the #'s on the bill to see if some of the calls were the phone company trying to charge more money but my X told me the people that i called threatened me to. so my question is what, if anything can i do about this.

My response:

Sue her in Small Claims court. Other than that, take it on the chin.

Next time DO NOT buy anything for a woman....ok i know this one looks like Dolly Parton....

But if a woman has no money and cant manage what she has.....then stay away from her, she's not worth it.

Being involved with a broke irresponible woman is just asking for it and you got it.

My response:

Peter, the "tribe" took a vote at the last Council Meeting, and we're voting you off the Island.

Also, isn't it time for a name change, again?
