Live in NJ. I filed for divorce 12/00, including my financial information statement,(Case information statement). Wife answered complaint, and filed her own suite 1/4/01, but without her CIS. Her attorney said that she was working on wife's case information statement. To date (2/7/01) my attorney has not received it. On 1/17/01, judge ordered wife to give my attorney her work schedule (for babysitting purposes). Although, wife said in court that she works Mon. - Fri. 9 - 5., my attorney said that my wife must give a written answered according to the court order. My question is how is:
1) Is there a time period my wife has in providing the CIS
2) Is there a time period in her providing work schedule
as court ordered. (Order says that work schedules would
be exchaged within 10 days of 1/17/01.

We have been separated since 1/99/00. I want divorce to be over so that I can get on with my life. Is there anyway to speed this up.
