What is the name of your state?Ohio
We had a rental property that we filed in bankruptcy two years ago. The mortgage company did not forclose on the property therefore it is still in our name. We have no financial obligation to them, so we were trying to figure out what to do maybe someone could buy it real cheap. Anyways, now just today my husband gets a call from a friend saying it is on fire. Now what do we do? Since there is no property to sell is it still in our name or what happens from here?????
Thanks Blanke97
