Im tryin to find out information on how one removes people from liveing in there home, do i need to go about the civil courts and obtain a eviction paper??? please any information would be greatly appreciative, i jus want my home back

The FL landlord tenant act is compiled in Title IV (Civil Practice & Procedure), chapter 83. You'll want the residential leases sections: 83.40-83.681. There you will find how to give notice to leave (83.56 & 83.57), security deposits (83.49), & how to sue (83.59). You can also obtain assistance fromt he local landlord tenant association.

These laws only apply to landlord tenant relationships. If the people are co-owners, you have to proceed under other laws.
