Hi all i have a question about what my landlord is trying to do to me. See over the past 4 months i have been telling him i am having problems with the house and nothing is getting done. So this month i decide ok maybe if i don' pay my rent he will get the hint and fix it. But little did i know he decided to give me a notice to quit instead is this legal and if so what is the time period that you have to give the notice to quit letter.
