I have a son by a Marine and he is constantly getting moved around and stationed everywhere. I've tried working out visitation and child support arrangement with him and his mother being that she has POA, but none of that worked. I can't get him to return a phone call when the child is sick, nor will she write a check for medical supplies, clothing or daycare. Someone please give me some kind of advice cause I'm fed up.

The best thing for you to do is to get court-ordered child support and visitation. This protects everyone's rights involved.

The visitation set up in the court order need not be exercised by Dad, it is his option but at least it is in place.

The child-support order should include all the funds you'll need to take care of the child and you shouldn't be asking for more unless it is specifically in said court order.

Email his with updates about his child, if he doesn't respond, that isn't your problem, you've let him know.

And quit talking to his mother. She has NO RIGHTS to your child.
