i live in michigan. my husband enrolled his son in school because his ex didnt want the child in school. the ex got mad so enrolled him in a different school.its was a revenge thing. we tried to keep the child in the school we enrolled him in. the ex got a attorney to go to a judge and claim my husband was causing harm to his childs education stability. we need to find out how to clear my husbands reputation with the court without having to go to court. we do not have the money for a attorney. we have statements from both schools on enrollment and statements the ex made to both schools on not wanting the child in school. we also have doctor statements on the ex has never taken the child to get shots needed from bith to the present, the father is the one who has made sure the child got all his shots.
