i have been falsely accused of child abuse
i want to take her to court for lying and alienation our daughter away from me. she wont let me see her and now there is a a restraining order and she wants me to give up my parental rights because she moved 2 hrs away and doesnt want to bother with bring our child for the visits or meet half way.
can anyone guide me on how to file a lawsuit without a lawyer? any help is appreciated. I am a father that wants to do the right thing. I dont want to give up.
