What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

Hello i originally got an MIP for acohol consumption when i was 16- paid fines and completed 3 months non reporting probations. Pretty sure it got knocked off when i turned 18.

When i turned 18 i got charged with Attempt to assualt an officer. I Finished probation by just completed half of my requirments and doing 5 days in jail.

Now almost 20 years of age i just got an MIP for having a case of beer in my bed of my truck. NOT while on probation.

questions.

1. Will the other mip show up and then be considered as my 2nd mip.

2. I would like to know a rough esitimate of Fines, Community service hours, and probation term.

3. Also, I was kinda of snooty with the cop so that might be in the notes.

Ray, cool is not the adjective I would use, especially with #3.

I don't think anyone can tell you what you want to know. Why not call a lawyer for an initial (and hopefully, continuing) consultation.
