Im trying to get my Mother to get a Revocable Living Trust, and Im having a hard time doing it. The Trust I think will only cost her and my Dad $2,000.00 dollars flat.
Im trying to get her to understand that paying the $2000 now is better than risking $10,000 to 30,000 later in probate and letting strangers get their hands on their assets and the government controling everything.
She thinks her Will is enough.
Do any of you know of people that had to go through probate with bad experiences, so I can let her see just what could happen?
