can my fiance recieve a charge if she runs away from cps care at the age of 17 with my newborn daughter, and will those charges still carry over till after she is 18?

You might receive a criminal charge. SHE may lose custody of her child.

any charges/warrents she might recieve, parental kidnapping runaway etc...

i don't know if she qualifies to recive parental kidnapping as cps has no involvment with my daughter, but i am not sure.

IF she is formally charged, then yes, the charges would carry over until she takes care of them. They don't automatically go away just because she turns 18.

What you should do is encourage your girlfriend to be a responsible parent. Running doesn't equate to responsibility.
