i live in california and me and my husband got married in minnosota in 1998 we both moved back in the same year and seperated, He has scince been incarcerated and i gave birth to our daughter that year as well. I have been getting threatening letters and he will be getting out soon IM SCARED! I cant afford an attorny so im doing the paper work my self, im getting lost at every turn so far i have filed the proof of service and he did not contest it so i filed the default now what?? what are the steps to finishing this nightmare
-please help!
