Help! Termites found after purchase of home.

Seller did not disclose that this house is infested with termites. They are eating through the walls into the house.
I would like to get out of this deal. How can I do this? Can I get any of my money back that I have paid into this home? I am in Alabama.

If a real estate disclosure of problems form is required by law in your state, and you can prove the problem existed before you bought the house, you will have some recourse. Consult with a realitor or a title agency.
